Frequently Asked Questions and Important Information
1) How long does it take for my order to ship? Prints will ship within 1-3 business days; Canvas orders are made-to-order and ship within 4-6 business days. Apparel, tote bags, pillows, drink coasters and other home decor orders will ship out within 7 business days.
2) When will my items(s) arrive after fulfillment? Transit timelines vary by location. Normally, it takes between 3-8 business days for your order to arrive within the continental US. Tracking numbers are provided with every order. International orders take anywhere between 2-4 weeks, depending on your country's customs regulations.
3) What is your Refund/Exchange Policy? Paper print orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt, customer pays return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refunable. Contact us to determine if your paper print order qualifies for a return/refund. All canvas sales are final with the exception of items arriving damaged due to transit error or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Pictures must accompany any reports of damage. The damaged items will be replaced. There are no refunds on custom orders or digital images as the high resolution files are delivered instantly at the time of purchase. If there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
3) Any other sizes available? Are there custom size options? Yes. Please contact us with your specific dimensions and we will let you know if available along with pricing options.
4) Can you design a custom piece for my home, office, as a gift? Absolutely. Please contact us with as much info as possible and we will provide pricing and other details once qualified.
5) Am I responsible for customs and duty taxes if I live outside of the US? Yes, each customer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that they may incur when shipping to countries outside of the US.
6) How do we contact you for PRESS? You can contact us directly using the form on our CONTACT page. We'll get back to you as soon as possible!

> Sizes displayed are in inches.
> Residents of Tennessee will be charged sales tax.
> Please be aware that there may be slight color differences between the image you see and the actual print due to varying settings between computer monitors. Watermark will not appear on purchased artwork.
Shipping and Packaging Details
Gallery wrapped canvas orders ship via UPS Ground within 4-6 business days. Canvas artwork is delivered in a sturdy box, lightweight and well protected. Estimated domestic delivery time frame is 7-10 business days from order date, depending on destination.
All paper prints ship via UPS within 1-3 business days.
8x10 prints are shipped flat via USPS or UPS Ground safely and securely in a superior quality clear sleeve with cardboard backing inside a bubble mailer or sturdy envelope. Prints 11x14 and larger ship safely rolled within a sturdy tube.
Estimated UPS Ground transit times for paper prints:
USA: 3-7 business days
Canada: 8-20 business days
International: 10-35 business days*
* International Shoppers: Shipping is set for standard USPS ground which will take anywhere from 2-8 weeks, possibly longer. This time frame is an approximate indication of time only. With international shipping, there is always the possibility of delays in customs which can cause longer shipping times. International buyers are responsible for their own custom duties/taxes if there are any at all. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. The buyer is responsible for any extra custom fees/taxes. Please be aware of your country's import regulations.
Please make sure the correct shipping address is entered at time of purchase.
Your order will ship to the address you specify at checkout. Refunds are not issued for mail that is sent to an incorrect and/or outdated address, or expired forwarding address.
