All sales are final with the exception of receiving damaged items(s) or wrong item(s). Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Pictures must accompany any reports of damage. The damaged items will be replaced. There are no refunds on digital images as the high resolution files are delivered instantly at the time of purchase. If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, but please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, we will always try to be as helpful as possible. Feel free to contact info@islandandlowell.com with any questions.
Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. Framed art prints are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for resolution. If canvas orders arrive damaged due to transit error, we will issue a replacement if your report is accompanied by pictures. There are no refunds on canvas orders, only replacements.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders. All custom orders and sales of limited edition fine art are final.
If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product. Please provide us with photos of the damaged product, this is necessary, no exceptions. In order for us to submit a full claim with our shipping provider we will need the product mailed back to us within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during the shipping process. however, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
