Shipping policy

Shipping Questions:
1) How long does it take for my order to ship? Prints will ship within 1-3 business days; Canvas orders are made-to-order and ship within 4-6 business days. Apparel, tote bags, pillows, drink coasters and other home decor orders will ship out within 7 business days.

2) When will my items(s) arrive after fulfillment? Transit timelines vary by location. Normally, it takes between 3-7 business days for your order to arrive within the continental US. Tracking numbers are provided with every order. International orders take anywhere between 2-4 weeks, depending on your country's customs regulations.

Shipping and Packaging Details

Gallery wrapped canvas orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEX within 4-6 business days. Canvas artwork is delivered in a sturdy box, lightweight and well protected. Estimated domestic delivery time frame is 7-10 business days from order date, depending on destination.

All prints ship via USPS or UPS Ground within 1-3 business days. 8x10s are shipped flat via USPS safely and securely in a sturdy photo mailer. 11x14s and larger ship safely rolled within a sturdy tube.

USA: 3-8 business days
Canada: 9-21 business days
International: 10-45 business days*

* International Shoppers: Shipping is set for standard USPS ground which will take anywhere from 2-8 weeks, possibly longer. This time frame is an approximate indication of time only. With international shipping, there is always the possibility of delays in customs which can cause longer shipping times. Once shipped, it may be subject to custom clearance and transport conditions. International buyers are responsible for their own custom duties/taxes if there are any at all. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please be aware of your country's import regulations.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during the shipping process. However, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss replacement options. Claims of shipping damage must be accompanied by pictures.

Your order will ship to the address you specify at checkout. Refunds are not issued for mail that is sent to an incorrect and/or outdated address, or expired forwarding address.
